Aumento di glutei prima e dopo
Un caso reale e il perché di certe scelte
Spesso, quando parlo di aumento di glutei, mi viene chiesto cosa guida davvero la scelta della protesi giusta. Voglio raccontarti un caso che spiega bene quanto sia importante trovare un equilibrio tra desiderio della paziente e visione del chirurgo.
In questo intervento, inizialmente avevo pensato di utilizzare una protesi leggermente più piccola. Con la mia esperienza, so che troppo volume su un corpo tonico può, a volte, risultare eccessivo o poco naturale.
Ma lei aveva le idee chiare: desiderava un volume più visibile. Guardando attentamente le proporzioni del suo corpo – in particolare le gambe ben allenate – ho capito che aveva ragione: una protesi più piccola non avrebbe valorizzato davvero il risultato.
Abbiamo quindi optato per una misura più grande, ma sempre mantenendo armonia e naturalezza, grazie alla tecnica sotto-muscolare mini-invasiva.
Il risultato: prima e dopo
Il cambiamento è stato sorprendente ma equilibrato. La paziente ha ottenuto ciò che desiderava: un gluteo pieno, rotondo, ben proporzionato, senza eccessi.
Le immagini del prima e dopo parlano da sole: il corpo è rimasto armonioso, con una definizione che sembra frutto di un intenso lavoro in palestra… ma con il vantaggio di essere permanente.
Perché questo intervento funziona
- Utilizzo una tecnica mini-invasiva: meno dolore, recupero veloce, cicatrici quasi invisibili.
- Le protesi vengono inserite sotto il muscolo, per un effetto naturale e stabile.
- Ogni decisione viene presa insieme alla paziente: ascolto, confronto, fiducia.
E dopo l’intervento?
Già dopo 48 ore, la paziente era in piedi e attiva. Certo, con attenzione e seguendo i miei consigli, ma senza dover affrontare un post-operatorio pesante o doloroso.
Il suo feedback? “È esattamente quello che volevo.” E per me, non c’è soddisfazione più grande.
